Any costs for delivery will be as stated on the website at the time of the order and will be calculated and added onto your order’s total bill if applicable. Delivery costs are only added on to low value orders.

We now ship all our orders via DHL Express, ePacket, UPS Expedited, OCK Standard Shipping and operate a Monday to Friday customer service between 11am - 6pm.

Please notice : shipping costs when applied are non-refundable ; shipping costs will be applied on returned goods that qualified for free shipping - unless faulty or you wish to have an exchange (of size or item). A specific delivery time slot for your order cannot be specified by us, however you will have the opportunity to communicate directly with our team manager to reschedule or redirect your delivery. We will email you as soon as the package is collected and you will be informed every step of the way.
